Ex Mayor of Detroit Kwame Kilpatrick will be sentence on May 20, 2010 for failure to not report assets.Wayne County Circuit Court Judge David Groner suggested that Kilpatrick maybe headed back to jail and asked the Michigan Department of Corrections to prepare a pre-sentencing report and submit it to court.
Sources say Kilpatrick could face up to 40 months in jail, he already did 99 days in 2008 for a perjury charge.Kilpatrick was to repay the city of detroit $1 million for an employment lawsuit .
Kilpatrick was making monthly payments of $3,000, but claimed he could not afford to pay the $3,000 and could only pay 6 dollars a month, which cause a investigation into his assets , his luxury spending habits and hidden assets so the Judge order him to pay $79,000 within 30 days and another payment of $240,000 within 90 days.
Kilpatrick lives in Dallas in the surburbs in a big Mansion, but only could pay 6 dollars a month.Kilpatrick works as a salesman for Covisint a information-technology company .
