Two parts of the Dungeon Family are joining forces and hitting the road. Cee Lo Green and Big Boi, each of whom released new solo albums this year, have announced that they'll be heading out on a joint Georgia Power tour in 2011, with no solid details released on when the tour will begin or what cities they'll be stopping through.
Though the pair hasn't ever toured with one another, they both hail from Atlanta's collective The Dungeon Family -- a group of artists including production/songwriting outfit Organized Noize, Goodie Mob and OutKast. The last big collabo that Big Boi and Cee Lo recorded was for Trick Daddy's 2002 single 'In Da Wind,' which peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard Rap Singles chart.
Cee Lo just released his latest album 'The Lady Killer' last week, bowing at No. 9 with 41,000 copies sold. Though he's yet to promote the LP with a tour around the country, Cee Lo can get touring tips from Big Boi, who has already toured the nation extensively to support his heralded solo debut 'Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty.'
