Sell Your Beats For Quick Cash

Do you need some quick cash but you do not know how to write or do any Internet marketing-related task? Are you in love with music and love listening to it? Have you ever wanted to produce your own music? If you answered 'yes' to all three questions, then you may have the potential to sell some beats for quick cash.

The beat selling business is a new but booming industry. A lot of people including new artists and rappers are now searching for their beats online. You can tap into this market by coming with short and quick beats which can give you a passive income source.
1) Before You Begin
But before you can successfully sell your beats for quick cash, you need to check if you have all of the requirements. You will not be able to make beats if you do not have your own computer or laptop and an Internet connection. You will need software for creating your beats and you can only edit them in your computer. That is what the computer or laptop is for. Then in the same way, you will not be able to sell your beats online if you do not have an Internet connection. So be sure you have both.
2) It Is All In The Software
Once you have everything ready, it is now time to browse online for different beat making software. Beat making software vary based on the available sound as well as facets of the software. The best software will have a wide array of sounds you can mix to create your own beats. It may be best to also have some instruments and make your own beats at home. From there, the software will just aid you in mixing the sounds.

3) Starting in the Beat Selling Business
When you have your beats ready, you can now start selling them. However, the beat selling business is a pretty competitive industry. There are a lot of people selling their beats every day and all of them claim that their beats are the best out there. To really get key clients, you will need to appeal to a particular sub-niche in the music industry. Do you want to sell beats for commercials? How about TV shows or films? Do you want to create beats for rappers? You need to define your target market in order to make it big in this business.
4) Making It Big
Aside from the quick $20 you can make from creating short and simple beats, you can also make big money out of your beats. There are some websites that can give you big deals like TV or film deals. This will get you more money for your beats.

However, these opportunities are reserved for experienced beat makers. If you are only new to the industry, you would have to put up with some $20 earnings. But still, beat making is a nice way to make some money and the best part is that you get to enjoy what you're doing.

Are You The Next P Diddy? Advice For Entrepreneurs

OK, I'll admit it. Once in a while, while channel surfing, I'll pause on one of the Real Housewives shows on the BRAVO network. What a train wreck! And - like any wreck - I just can't seem to look away. These ladies of reality provide raw entertainment of the sort that has our ancestors rolling over in their graves. Yet one diva of primetime grime has managed to clean herself up and emerge with a successful career and devoted following. Bethenny Frankel, former star of The Real Housewives of New York City, is now a successful author of three bestselling books, creator of the hugely popular Skinny Girl Margarita, founder of bethennybakes (a company that offers a line of wheat, egg and dairy free baked goods), and is starring in her own hit reality TV show on BRAVO, "Bethenny Ever After."

Sean Combs - 2011 US Open - Day 13

Fan or not, you have to be impressed with the multiple successful business ventures Frankel has created. In this day and age, it seems there are many media entrepreneurs who have built a brand and from it branched out into various professional endeavors. P. Diddy, once only a recording artist, has his own record label (Bad Boy), a clothing line (Sean John), does product endorsements, and is an actor. Rachel Ray, daytime talk show host, chef, cookbook author, and magazine creator is another great example.

With so many irons in the fire, how do these busy impresarios keep everything straight, business-wise?

From a legal standpoint, is it smart for entrepreneurs who have built a brand and multiple business ventures to operate everything under one roof?

Technically, multiple business ventures can be operated under one company, such as a single corporation or LLC, but that's not a smart business move for several reasons. From a business standpoint, the projects may have different goals (both economically and socially). They may also have different short and long-term objectives and dissimilar investors. Additionally, they will each have a unique business plan. Finally, they will have different management teams who are experts in each particular line of business.

Legally, it is best if each venture is operated as a separate entity so that the legal issues of one business don't affect the others. For example, if Bethenny gets sued by someone who drank a tainted batch of Skinny Girl Margaritas, she would not want the revenue from her book sales to be exposed.

Also, each venture is most likely going to have different tax issues and different intellectual property rights that need to be protected. Finally, you want the flexibility to plan for the sale or succession of each undertaking on its own without affecting the others.

It's important to develop a relationship with a business attorney who can guide you through all of the issues that will arise while juggling multiple business opportunities. JM LAW GROUP is experienced in this area, so if you're looking for an attorney to help with your small business venture or group of ventures - please give us a call at 215-832-3600. In the meantime, I think I'll sit back, relax, sip a Skinny Girl Margarita, listen to a little P. Diddy, flip through Rachel Ray's latest issue, and watch some Real Housewives of Orange County...

3 Ways Making Hip Hop Beats Can Make You Money Even If You Have No Experience

Anybody who has tried to make a living online has probably found that it can be tough. There is a website to create, a product to market, hosting to purchase and then there is the problem of traffic.
Where are the customers going to come from and who are they? Advertising is the key to bringing any kind of visitors to the site and it can be paid or free. So if you are on a budget, it is probably the latter solution that seems right. The only problem with that is getting the word out to the masses.

Most popular websites have a multi-media feel to them. This includes great content, stunning visuals and a catchy audio component. Remember any of those great commercial jingles from the past? You probably can still hum the melody without remembering what product it was for. But how do you create this kind of tune and put it on the home page? Public domain music can be found, but will it match what you are trying to promote? Here are 3 tips that will help:
Reach your target audience for the product
What if there was a way to make your very own composition in order to put the finishing touches on your very own website? With the advent of new technology, this is quite possible.
The only question is what to use that will appeal to your audience. Looking at many of the most popular television commercials should be the first clue. Techno music seems to be the driving background to most of the leading advertising companies on both television and radio.
Putting together a series of hip hop beats can be used as the background audio for your site. It will benefit the marketing of the product in a variety of ways, all of which can earn you some additional revenue.
Drive Traffic to your website and increase sales
First, as with other catchy jingles, customers will remember the melody long after leaving the site which help to brand your product into the consumers mind. They may also tell friends and family. This viral word of mouth advertising is one of the best ways to drive traffic to any web page. The more people that visit, the more likely it is to make a sale.
Second, by finding the right set of hip hop beats, a target audience may indeed find you. This in itself can help to drive sales and make your home page rise in the search engine rankings. Since people likely only look on the first 3 results pages, you will likely see an increase in the visitor count as well.

Make beats for other websites
If your composition is indeed that popular, other web entrepreneurs may start seeking you out to provide a background theme for their product. This can become a lucrative business once your name becomes popular enough. And with the insane popularity of online videos, you will quickly find a market that goes way beyond you ever thought would be available.
It is easier to get started than you might think; the key is to get started! I recommend the FREE report that you can download from the website below which outlines the entire process in order to make your own hip hop beats and can lead to a whole new career
