Ludacris to be headliner at hip-hop festival in New Zealand

Actor and rapper Ludacris will be joined by T-Pain and Kelly Rowland for a new hip-hop and R&B festival to be held in Hamilton and Wellington in December.
The festival, called Boom Tunz, will also see performances by Layz and Third World, and will be held in Hamilton on December 11 and Wellington on December 12.
Local acts J Williams, Erakah, DJ CXL and K One will provide an hour-long medley to open the show.
Many might know Ludacris for his roles in films like 2 Fast 2 Furious, RocknRolla and May Payne, but he's also a credible rapper ill seven albums and hits like Roll Out, Area Codes and Get Back to his name.
Kelly Rowland is a former member of Destiny's Child and has had several solo hits including Daylight and Ghetto, while T-Pain is well known for his use of Auto-Tune and signature single I'm N Luv (Wit a Stripper).
Tickets for the Boom Tunz shows go on sale on October 4.
