On Thursday, December 16th at 7pm, Spike Lee will be stopping by powerHouse Arena to sign copies of Spike Lee: Do the Right Thing. The new book celebrates the 20th anniversary of the film's debut. This is Lee's first book signing in NYC.
The controversial film Do the Right Thing is set in Brooklyn, and explores race and class relationships, bringing attention to the African American community in the area. Visit powerHouse Arena at 37 Main Street in DUMBO, and check out their Facebook page for more information.
